In fulfilling our duties to you, we may contract with a third party and they may require some disclosure of your information to fulfil their obligations to us on behalf of your corporation (ie, sending a contractor to your property who will need to arrange access with you).
If this information is not made available, we may not be able to deal with you, or provide you with effective services. Our collection of personal information is strictly for the purpose of establishing and maintaining our relationship with you, organising works and carrying out our duties for you as appointed body corporate managers for your corporation.
We only collect sensitive information with your consent or when we are required to by law and your information may also be used to promote or market other services which we consider may be of interest to you. Please note that you have the right to request access to any information which relates specifically to you and you have the right to request the correction of any information that relates to you which is inaccurate which can be made by contacting the Privacy Officer through email@example.com
Your information is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure and any information that is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected is destroyed. We have in place systems to properly dispose of files, letters, correspondence and any other document or electronic data no longer required.
